Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fz88 ("fz88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fz88 online casino and sports betting platform available at fz88.one and any associated mobile-optimised domains. 2Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account at fz88. You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and notify fz88 of any changes promptly.

• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your fz88 account, including any bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised such activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your consent, you must notify fz88 support immediately.
• fz88 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, full bank account number or payment card CVV by any channel. Any communication requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fz88 support and, where appropriate, to Bangladesh law enforcement authorities.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be classified as dormant. fz88 will notify you at your registered email or mobile number before applying any dormancy-related fees or account closure. Dormancy fees, where applied, will not reduce any verified balance below zero.

fz88 processes all Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (e.g. National ID Card, passport) and proof of address before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed. Submitting false, forged or misleading documents is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

fz88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the platform:

Deposits made through third-party accounts — meaning any payment method not registered in the name of the fz88 account holder — are strictly prohibited. 4Bonuses, Promotions and Free Spins

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds or free spins may be withdrawn. 5Responsible Gaming

• Money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the fz88 platform as a conduit to transfer value between third parties.
• Fraudulent activity including chargeback abuse, use of stolen or unauthorised payment instruments, providing false identity documents, or misrepresenting your personal information during registration or KYC verification.

7Intellectual Property

All content available on the fz88 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, audio, video, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of fz88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any part of the fz88 platform or its content without the prior written consent of fz88. Any unauthorised use of fz88's intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fz88 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from your use of or inability to use the fz88 platform, whether the loss is direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform or any of its services, including temporary unavailability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.

9Account Suspension and Termination

fz88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 6, failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe, or providing false registration information.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request requiring fz88 to restrict or close the account. fz88 will comply with any such lawful instruction without being required to disclose the existence or contents of that instruction to the affected player.
• Player-initiated closure: you may close your fz88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified cash balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an account is closed by fz88 due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance held in that account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that the funds were acquired through prohibited means, fz88 reserves the right to forfeit those funds in full and to take such further legal action as it considers appropriate.

10Governing Law and Amendments

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which fz88 holds its operating licence. By registering at fz88 you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through fz88's internal complaints procedure.

fz88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — for example changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal limits or eligibility criteria — fz88 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
